Horizons Staff,

Hello. These are some things I thought i should note could be done. It's probobly best to start at the bottom and skim up to the top then slowly then down. I do the work first, so its easier on the eyes backwards. I'm free to organise these into groups and break them up so they are easier. (sorry this is so confusing) I'm also compiling blanket lists of other hoostel function basics so I could use a copy of this to program them. I have something we could use as cloth for the bathrooms and other places thet need to be cleaned because the thin cloths don't hold water very well so it is harder to do the job, these will make it easier. XXXXXXX

As an addition to this letter I have added the following...

Please adhere strictly to Health and Safety Standards from this point forward. The problem is with the staff and administration, not the residents. Respect the residents rights, Civil and International Charter Rights have been violated as if they did not exist and these crimes were carried out as policy. This is not acceptable any where in the world and is painful and unexceptable to witness here in Canada.
