| The Pack Committee: is the administrative body of the Pack. They are the; Secretary, Treasurer, Advancement, Training, Public Relations, Outings, Membership and Registration, the people that make the Pack run. A Pack must have a minimum of 3 qualified Adults at least 21 years old registered in these positions including the Committee Chair. In Pack 421 Leaders are part of the Committee, and Committe Members step in to help Leaders. The Focus is on a quality program for the Youth. |

| MM1(SW/AW) Ryan Sherfey P.O. Sherfey is our newest member, he has has been working with us since 2005, but did not register with us until 2006. He is Basic Leader, and Youth Protection Trained, and a Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselor for the 3 Citzenship badges, Astronomy, and Nuclear Science. He was a Boy Scout earning Life Scout, and is a member of The Order of the Arrow, in his home state of Indiana. MM1 Sherfey has been a member of the USS Enterprise for 10 years as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. |

| Mrs. Jeanette Snedecor Ms. Jeanette has been with since 2003. She started as a Tiger Leader, and moved up the ranks to Webelos Leader. She is currently part of the Pack Committe, and back up Leader. She is Basic Leader,Youth Protection, and BALOO trained, CPR and First Aide certified, and has a Certification in Early Childhood Development. She has lived in the Tidewater area for 31 years. Mrs Snedecor has one son who is currently a member of Troop 55, he is also in the Chesapeake Soccer Teams, and Ms. Jeanette is his coach. |

| Mrs. Luann Palmer. Mrs. Palmer has been with our Pack since 2001. She is very involved in Scouting. In E-River, Mrs. Palmer was a member of the E-River District Council as an Activity Chairman, a member of the Elizabeth River Popcorn Committee, an active participant as adult staff for the 2001, and 2002 Fall Camporee, and 2002 Spring Camporee. The Palmers have been transfered to Jacksonville, where Mrs Palmer was instrumental in beginning both a Boy Scout and Venturer Crew for her church. Mrs. Plamer has completed her Woodbadge Training in FLA. She remains on our Roster so she stays current in the Tidewater area in case she is transfered back here, and she is always a phone call away if her assistence or advice is needed. She is both Scoutmaster (Boy Scout), and Cub Scout Leader trained. She was recognized for her efforts for the 2001 and 2002 popcorn sale. Mrs. Palmer is also trained and was certified as an instructor for First Aide, CPR, and Baby-sitting through the Red Cross. She has not re-certified her instructor qualifications. Mrs. Palmer was a Girl Scout as a youth with Detroit Area Girl Scout Council, and completed Gold, the highest Award a Girl Scout can earned. She was also an Assistant Girl Scout Leader in Honolulu Hawaii. Mrs. Palmer is married to CWO5 Palmer a member of the United States Marines he is currently stationed in Jacksonville FLA. Mrs. Palmer is the mother of 4 boys, her eldest is also currently in Kuwait. |
