We are located in the South Norfolk area of Chesapeake Virginia.
This unit is a member of the BSA, Tidewater Council, Virginia, in the
Elizabeth River District.
We offer a year round scouting program to school age boys and their families.
Outings, and events planned for Pack 421 are made with the expectation of the family members participating.
We request parental supervision on campouts and outings.
All of the Leaders in Pack 421 are volunteers. We welcome the help of adults who have special skills or interests to share.
