Pack 421 meets on Tuesdays from 6:15 to 7:45, the times will vary depending on which Den you are in. Dens with younger boys meet for a shorter period of time.
Our main meeting location during the school year is G.W. Carver Intermediate. We also have many outings and activities planned during the summer months. Summer meetings are generally held at the planned activity site.
Pack 421 has a year round scouting program for boys and families. Pack events and activities are planned with participation of family in mind. Parental supervision is expected at Pack meetings, on outings, and camping. |

Cub Scout Pack 421 is a Community and Environmental service based unit. We are the recipients of the Chesapeake Environmental Improvement Council's Youth Organization Award in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2004.
Our motto is: Improve the World one Child at a time.
This is accomplished by improving the skills and citizenship of our youth, while encouraging them to improve their world through Community improvement and service projects. |

The schools that our members attend are: Portlock Primary, Rena B. Wright Primary, G.W. Carver Intermediate,Truitt Intermediate, Providence Road Baptist School, and Sparrow Road Intermediate. We have also had members who attended Georgetown Primary, B.M. Williams Primary, Crestwood Intermediate, Southwestern Elementary, Deep Creek Intermediate, and Norfolk Highlands Primary.
