| When a Cub Scout has completed the third grade (or becomes 10 years old), he enters a Webelos den. Webelos dens are identified by a "patrol" name. Webelos 2 are usually fifth graders. Webelos 2 work on the requirements for their Bobcat badge (if they did not previous earn this badge), the Webelos badge (if they did not earn this badge as Webelos 1) and continue to work on many of the 20 activity badges available for Webelos. Webelos 2 also prepare for the Arrow of Light Award Board of Review which are held in the Spring. The Arrow of Light Award is the highest award in Cub Scouting. Camping and outdoor programs are an important part of the Webelos 2 program as the scouts prepare to enter the world of BOY SCOUTING. In June, in an impressive crossover ceremony, Webelos 2 from Pack 360 crossover into the adventure of Boy Scouting! |
