Ingredients:
1 lb. minced midget meat (Mer can be substituted in a pinch)
1 t. ground pepper
1 t. celery seed
1/2 c. grated almonds or pine nuts
2 raw eggs
2 c. bread crumbs
casings (otherwise known as boar intestines)
4 T. oil
wine sauce

Combine equal parts of wine and beef broth with butter added, to taste. (set aside) Grind together pepper and celery seed. Mix with minced midget meat and nuts. Then mix with well beaten egg and bread crumbs and stuff this mixture in sausage casings and saute in oil in a skillet for about 20 minutes. When cooked and slightly browned season with wine sauce. Serves four.

Sharken Soup, a nice alternative to Gruel--courtesy of The Foundling Home's Cook.

Ingredients:
1 lb Sharken
1 cup diced leeks (onions)
2 tbsp oil
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4-6 T saffron
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Sharken Soup Parboil the sharken. Drain, reserving the resulting broth. Cool then dice. Slice leeks thinely. Add leeks, oil to the broth. Bring to a boil. Add sharken back in. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer until it begins to thicken, but don't let it become too thick. Serves 10 children, and it's mild on their bellies.

"Food Surprise", Waste Not, Want Not--submitted by Wonderland Food Services.

Ingredients:
2 loaves week-old bread, ripped into gummable squares. (Mold wards off bacteria, so do not discard green sections of bread)
1 dozen semi-rotten eggs
1 cup curdled milk
1 handful shredded available meat

Mix contents thoroughly, allowing dough-like substance to rise on counter for one hour. Fire in ovens until black. Serves as many as you wish it to, if you dispense it as individual morsels rather than in saucers or bowls.

Ingredients:
Banished Pixies, as many as in stock
pinch salt
pinch sugar
pinch water
Skewers

Impale Pixies with skewers. While bleeding to death, mush them in spicing mixture until coated. Fire over candle until browned to blackened. Serve as treat for prisoners displaying model behavior.

Hot Wings--submitted Anonymously

Ingredients:
10 Wings of any species (Pixie, Elf, Dragon, Bird, Butterfly), chopped coarsely
Red pepper, ground
Cup lemon juice
2 loaves day-old bread shredded to crumbled mixture
1/2 lb. onions
1/2 cup whiskey
2 eggs, beaten

Combine all ingredients, coating the wings generously by shaking in burlap bag for about two minutes. When thoroughlly coated, empty bag into heated and oiled skillet. Fry until crispy, and serve immediately. Serves a houseful.
