I've been using CrushFTP for five or six years, and have updated with each new version. Not being an engineer or programmer I would occasionally have questions on how to fix a particular problem or why the application wasn't working for me at the moment. I remember how surprised I was the first time I emailed Ben Spink with a question and he responded within hours to help me resolve my issues. There were times when we would go back and forth for ages (it seemed) until I got it right. It was always my fault in not following his instructions as I should. Through it all he has always been patient with me and given me the utmost time and attention in customer service. I cannot think of any other developer who would have the patience and time to help under the same conditions. I will continue to use CrushFTP and encourage anyone I can to do the same.
