| I really wish I had not been so uptight with my first daughter. I had preconceived notions about what La Leche League meetings would be like and let that keep me from going. Now the only thing that keeps me from going is lack of sleep but I still try to make them. A leader will help you any time day or night as would I. | Even with the best of help and our best intentions, problems do occur. With my newest nursling thrush has been my major concern whereas with my first nursling I had more problems with sore nipples because of improper latches. Now with my doula work blossoming I will have to be able to pump and store my milk efficiently. Many moms do this and manage to keep breastfeeding their babies til they self wean. www.pumpingmoms.org is a great support site for working mama's. |
