The house hosts an uncommon breed of pet - Sphynx Cats. You may remember them from the Austin Powers movies or from the TV show Friends.
Sphynx cats are identified by having none or very little hair. As a result they are typically near heat or blankets. They also have to be more careful to avoid sunburn as they are prone to want to lay in the sun for the heat.
There is a short-legged version of a sphynx cat called a bambino. Think a sphynx cat crosseed with a dauschund.
