On the Road to Hell Where their worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched God, Sin, Sex and the Devel By James H. Crofford
Just what's going on here with Adam and Eve in Michelangelo's painting on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel? "The Temptation of Eve" What is she doing

there anyway? Looks to me like she is handing Satan his apple and saying. "No keep your damned apple! I have a tastier treat right here." And old Adam seems pissed. He seems to be saying, "Get ye hense Satan. Can't the see we're busy?" of course I don't know what they were actually saying, this is just the impression I get from the painting. Ah, but it makes you wonder, what the actual temptation of Eve was? Doesen't it? I think Michel had something else in mind when he painted Adam and Eve at the tree of knowledge. Maybe Michel thought they already had the knowledge God objected to. And that the thing with the apple was just so as not to upset the sensitivities of children and unsavory scruples of old men and old women who can't get it on anymore. And if sex is only meant for procreation perhaps many of us, are still guilty of that original sin. To be guilty we must still do it. Doesen't the Bible say a son isn't responsable for the sins of his father. Well we're still eating apples, among other things. Now I object to many of the so-called sexual perversions myself. But these are persional objections, meaning I wouldn't engage in them myself. What people enjoy in private is probably neither perversion and certainly is not sinful. Maybe you just think you are the only one who likes it that way. Of course Satan is always looking on giving his whole hearted approval. And God, he's always there to hit you with the guilt trip afterwards. But I say why not leave it between God and Satan. Let them fight it out. Go on, enjoy yourself. If you're a Christian you've already been through the ritual and got yourself saved, you no longer have that knowledge of good and evil. Once saved you are saved from all sin. And if the Devil already has you whats one more sin. Might as well enjoy your sin here on earth while you can. Gods not going to let you do any of that stuff once he gets you in heaven. And I doubt if you will feel like doing it in hell. Of course the worm never dies in hell, so maybe I'm wrong about that. Did you ever notice how paintings and sculptures of nude men from biblical times had such a tiny penis? The famous Michelangelo sculpture of David, huge man, hardly any penis. Even Michelangelo's painting of Adam an Eve in the Sistine Chapel. Now Adam, you've got to do better than that. But then maybe the sudden apperance of Satan was the problem there. Some of us know what can happen when we're suddenly interrputed by uninvited guest. I wonder if men in those days actually did have such small penises. Maybe men have actually improved over the years. Anyway you men with penis complexes shouldn't worry. Just study some of old Michel's art work and it will boost your confidence one hundred percent. Better yet, have your girl friend or wife study it. Maybe they need a confidence boost too. If Man had a small penis in biblical days Maybe God has a small penis too. After all God created man in his own image. I have heard how Satan seduces women. I bet Satin has a large penis. Maybe that's why God cast him out. Maybe it was penis envy. Of course thats only another theory. The theologians could figure it out for us I guess. Perhaps when man ate the fruit from the tree of knowlwdge of good and evil the fruit had some sort of groth hormone, and over many generations the harmones have begin to take effect. Perhaps it is only over the past few hundred years that man has been so well endowed. But if man has went from that to this in only a few thousand years, just think what it might be for men in another few thousand. God, men might have to have a third pants leg. And women, that groth harmone better be working on you as well. From my personal observations you women have little to worry about though. It seems it's ok to have sex under the right circumstance, but for God's sake don't enjoy it. Why did God put sex first on his list of sins? And leave murder for second place on his list? Of course I am just assuming sex was the original sin. After all eating an apple hardly seems fit to qualify as a genuine sin. Throughout the bible sex seems to be utmost on God's mind as far as sin is concerned. Murder sort of takes a back seat. Even God enjoys murder it seems. He damn well did enough of it himself. But when he kills it seems he has the hardest time picking the good ones to keep. When he murdered all those sexual sinners in Sodom and Gomorrah who did he save? Lot and his daughters of course. And what is the first thing they did? They went off hid in a cave, got themselves loaded and committed incest. And he hardly punished Cane at all for murdering his brother Abel. Vengeance is mine says the Lord. Well at least Cane didn't have sex with Abel. He would have surely felt the wrath of God should that have happened. Ok, lets assume original sin was simply eating an apple. Or if you are a Christian maybe you are not assuming. Now God sets Adam and Eve down in the middle of the garden of Eden and says, "You are free to eat from any other tree in the garden. Just don't eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, or from the tree of life. Adam and Eve after all were only children. Children of God, just born from the dust of the Earth. Now any parent knows that to set two children down in a room full of toys and tell them. "You can play with all the toys in the room but don't touch those two toys in the middle of the room." What is the first thing they will touch as soon as you are out of sight? And then of course one will tell on the other and try to blame it all on him. When God confronted Adam, wasn't that the first thing Adam did? Told on Eve and tries to blame it all on her. Why on Earth would God plant two trees in the middle of their garden and forbid them eating the fruit of the trees? Who was the tempter here? Think, and don't be so fast to blame Satan. God did provide the temptation and even pointed it out to Adam. Hey, he made woman for Adam. What was God thinking? God must be a virgin, but with all those lovely angels to tempt him I wonder. Maybe it's just a small penis complex with him. What did he think Adam and Eve were going to do with each other? Now I could agree that original sin was for disobedience of God. But for what, did they disobey him? Was it for eating the forbidden apple from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, or partaking of an even more delicious forbidden fruit? Adam's only mistake it would seem is that he picked the wrong tree. Who gives a damn about knowledge of good and evil? Wouldn't your evil be more fun if it wasn't sin? You wouldn't have that guilty feeling afterwards would you? Now if he had picked the tree of life that might have been a prize worth sinning for. And then too it might not even have been a sin, for they wouldnt have had the knowledge of good and evil. Ah but after all he was only a child and we shouldn't blame a child for his stupid mistake, should we?
