Hope

Who knows what tomorrow brings
In a world few hearts survive?
How do we know we'll live till then
Or go on fulfilling our lives?

How do you cope with
A world such as this
Where theres so little joy
And so much grief

What happens to those who have
Run out of hope
And begin to feel that
They can no longer cope?

And then there are those
Without God as their guide
Where can they run to?
Where can they hide?

How do they know
What the near future holds
Without being guided as
The last days unfold?

Where will they be at the
Time of the end?
Will they be among those
Who have God as their friend?

How can we show them?
Will we speak out?
Are we willing to help them
As they stumble about?

If we will trust in
The One who provides
How can we not
Have the faith in our lives?

Faith that will help us
To tell out to all
The truths that will guide them
Lest they should fall.

And to help all those seeking
As in darkness they grope
To see after all that
They can have a hope!
