Beltane Season Recipes
Note - think Easter food,
eggs, chocolate, ect.

Dairy is also traditional
As a vegetarian I feel eating meat is wrong unless it's a matter of survival, or health. I won't be including any recipes with meat, marshmallows, jello or cheese that contains rennet. Except perhaps for Samhain, when meat is traditional
