Imbolgc was christianized into a day for St. Bridget, formally the Celtic Goddess of War, fire, and creativity. The Christians don't much celebrate this any more, and it slowly became Ground Hogs day
Pronounciation: it sounds a lot like em-bulk, but the bulk part is closer to bowl, with a c on the end.
