This includes value added services such as identifying opportunity, market research, analysis of opportunity, co-development of a strategic plan, negotiating major contracts, conduct due diligence, structure the opportunity and package it in the event debt or equity is required. Creative positions Clients for various stages of financing; seed, mezzanine, IPO's, reverse mergers and secondary offerings. Creative negotiates financing terms with Venture Capitalists and Investment Bankers based upon guidelines developed by the Client and Creative. Creative's principal has acted as Chief Financial Officer and/or Member of Board of Directors for several companies.

CREATIVE'S PEOPLE
Mr. Bocian, Creative's President, has been involved with all aspects of deal structuring. Mr. Bocian has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) which is essential to understanding the intricacies of the strategic planning and closing deals. Additionally, he has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting which provides him with the basis for a detailed analytical approach to all business situations.
