Creative is a Results Oriented firm. Our fee is contingent upon Creative's results, calculated as a percentage of value we create for our client. As problem solvers with a background in representing both Debtors and Creditors, Creative negotiates resolutions that are win-win. Creative provides the Business Solution while we work with the Client's legal counsel to document a resolution. In the event there is litigation Creative works with the Client as its Business Advisor and Negotiator.
Mr. Bocian, Creative's President, has been involved with all aspects of workouts and debt restructuring. Mr. Bocian has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) which is essential to understanding the intricacies of negotiating and restructuring debt. Additionally, he has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting which provides him with the basis for a detailed analytical approach to all business situations.
