CSS stands for "Cascading Style Sheets" some people are afraid to use CSS because some older browsers can't handle them. I use this option but it's your choice. It won't change anything here. Just remember, if you decide to use CSS later on, it will be applied over top of any custom formatting you have done and many or all pages will have to be revamped. (Just ask me how I know this.)
