| There will always be those who seek what they know of as the Truth. It is a much bandied-about term, Truth. In the pursuit of Truth, minds great and small will fade into age or death before reaching their goal. Or they may choose to enslave others, while sorting through all the permutations of fate. Or ... they may quite simply choose to destroy all, in order that they can rebuild to their own, faulty plan. |
| After the death of an Old Order, a new one rose in its place. The slaves were free, and could follow paths of anarchy or order, whichever was their choice. The slavers reorganised, cast off old gods, and considered starting the search for new ones. |

| These Gods of the New Order thought that all of the multiverse was theirs for the taking. They flung open the repositories of those who had fallen, scavenging for knowledge. Some made the mistake of opening the gate to Vantaarg. In so doing, they created the gate to Tyrokh. |
