Well another year has passed and hopefully this year will be a little easier on all of us. Gas prices kiiled us last year.
So it would probably be a good idea for us to look as far ahead into the future as possible to see what events may be of interest to the largest group of men as a maximum effort. We tried to get some folks together for Chickamuga but alas it did not work out.
Ther has been some very solid interest in teh upcoming Bummers 09 event. It looks like it could be a wonderful opportunity to experience what the men of the 66th IL went through during their march to sea. We will keep you posted as to new developments. |

YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH AMMO! |
|
|
|
As we all know a rifleman is not worth much unless he has a rifle and ammunition. So that means you need to make sure that you have your ammo supply up to snuff. No matter whether you use paper cartridges or metal casings you need to keep an eye on how many rounds you have and make sure you have plenty ready in advance. Do not wait until the last minute and try to roll rounds at an event. I will personally make your day unpleasant. LOL! |
