OHLAP- Must apply by June of the 10th grade year.  Students must commit to stay away from drugs and alcohol, not commit any criminal or delinquent acts, and graduate with a 2.5 GPA in the following courses and overall:

Regional University Baccalaureate Scholarship- applications available at the financial aid offices of UCO,ECU, NSU, NWSO, SEOSU, SWOSU, CU, LU, OPSU, USAO, and RSU.  Must have an ACT score of 30 or above or be a National Merit Semi-finalist or Commended student..

Chiropractic Education Assistance Scholarship- must have been a resident of Oklahoma for five years and been accepted to an accredited school to pursue chiropractic study.  Applications can be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Regents at 1-800-858-1840

Heartland Scholarship Fund- awards scholarships to dependent children of victims of the April 15, 1995 bombing of the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.  Applications can be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Regents at 1-800-858-1840

Independent Livning Act- available to students who have been in DHS custody for nine months between the ages of 16 and 18.  Applications can be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Regents at 1-800-858-1840

National Guard Tuition Waiver- available to Oklahoma National Guard recruits who are residents of Oklahoma and are attending an Oklahoma institution.  Applications can be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Regents at 1-800-858-1840


Teacher Shortage Employment Incentive Program- this program reimburses eligible students loan expenses or pays an equivalent cash benefit to individuals who graduate from an Oklahoma accredited teacher education program, receive teaching certification in math or science, and agree to teach in an Oklahoma public secondary school for at least five years.  Applications can be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Regents at 1-800-858-1840
Oklahoma Academic Scholars Program-  Oklahoma students may quality by achieving designation as a National Meric Scholar, National Merit Finalist or United States Presidential Scholar, or by scoring at or above the 99.5 percentile on the ACT or SAT.  For the fall 2008, a sum of ACt skill area scores totaling 133 ir a crutucak reading and math score totalling 1560 on the SAT is required.
