Directions	From Toronto: 400 North to Hwy 11 North. Past �Weber�s� Orange bridge, to South Sparrow Lake Road (Hawkins Corners). Turn Right, then right again over overpass, then left onto South Sparrow Lake Road for 14 km. Follow Grandview signs. MAP
Ideal For	4-6 people, two bed room family cottage, new kitchen
Sleeping	Newly Renovated 2BR Cottage: 2 Queen, 2 Singles; bring own linen & towels. New kitchen addition with Lakeview living room.
Kitchen	New fully equipped kitchenette, including microwave, coffee maker (basket style paper filters-you should bring), stove, fridge, toaster, (no dishwasher), table; Newly Renovated- materials used in support of Habitat for Humanity.
Waterfront	On the Beach. Access to 1800 feet of shoreline. Children can play with parents supervision, access to community pool, dock
Bathrooms	1 x 4 piece
Boat Rental	14' Aluminum boat with 15HP motor subject to availability. Requires signed Boat Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver. Contact owner for more information.
Restrictions	No smoking in the unit, 6 people maximum, NO BONFIRES!
