  1. Membership of 400 with at least 200 disciples (Exodus 34:24)

  2. One half of new members male/men who will commit to prayer (Exodus 34:23)

  3. Every member serving in at least one ministry (Exodus 35:10,25; 36:1-2)

  4. 100% Attendance at all services, including Wednesdays (Exodus 33:8-10)

  5. Our own facility bought with cash (Exodus 35:20-21)

  6. Everyone faithfully giving in tithes and offering (Exodus 34:26; 36:6-7)

  7. Development of leaders and teachers to assist the pastor (Exodus 33:11; 34:31)

  8. Formation of a Pre-Teen/Teen Ministry (Exodus 33:11; 34:16)

  9. Community Outreach Ministries (Hospice, Welcome Wagon) (Exodus 34:10-11)

  10. Full-Time Pastorate (NO DOWNSIZINGS OR FIRINGS!) (1 Corinthians 9:14)
