Borneo Sake is a native wine of Borneo. It is brewed by the fermentation of glutinous rice, yeast, pure water and rock sugar, strictly according to the original and traditional native recipe. It is made from natural ingredients with NO PRESERVATIVE, NO COLOURING, NO ADDITIVE ADDED to maintain the pure original taste. It has been passed down from generation to generation and has been a must for all the native festive occasions. It is now brewed using traditional process. It provides a pleasantly sweet flavor combined with a lively aroma and crisp clean finish. This wine should be served chilled (8°)and it is suitable served with cheese, appetizers, salad, poultry, pasta and seafood.
