Beginning on Wednesday, September 5,2007, Rev. Robert Schmidt will begin a yearlong journey through the Bible. Before retiring from active ministry, Rev. Schmidt served as pastor to many churches in West Virginia - including the Ravenswood Church of the Nazarene. Additionally, Rev. Schmidt has served as an evangelist and has conducted a campaign here a few years ago.
Through the Bible in One Year you, will discover how each of the 66 books of the Bible came into being, how each is organized, and its role in the Bible's story. The study will help you learn the major themes found in both the Old and New Testaments. You'll learn key verses, the central message, and what God is saying to His people today.
