| Movie: Next Sunday night we will be viewing the film, Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West. This documentary is an insider's view of the hatred the Radicals are teaching, their incitement of global jihad, and their goal of world domination. The film is I hour long and will be followed by. discussion and prayer. Youth Retreat: Youth in Missions Retreat, Nov. 7-8, Cedar Lakes. Retreat begins Friday at 3:00 pm with registration and ends with Lunch on Saturday. All youth ages 12-20 are invited. Cost is $35 per person. Please see the flyer on the bulletin board for more info! ON THE HORIZON: Starting in January, on Wednesday nights, Pastor will offer a Welcome Class that will serve as an Introduction to the Church of the Nazarene for anyone interested in becoming a member. Next spring, we will be teaching the Way of the Master Evangelism Course. This Basic Training Course will train you how to simply and confidently share the gospel with family, friends, and strangers. This class will teach you how to overcome your fears by using a proven, powerfully effective way to make the gospel make sense. You won't be at a loss for words. You don't need to be an expert in apologetics. Instead, you�lI learns the forgotten biblical principle of bypassing the intellect (the place of argument) and speaking directly to the conscience (the place of the knowledge of right and wrong) - the way Jesus did. |
