I want to use this location to share with you my passion in cooking and healthy food. You will also find information about the cooking classes that I conduct in Winnipeg, the capital city of the Manitoba Province, Canada.
My cooking classes include Chinese cuisine and food from Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and Japan. ( list of dishes that I've taught in my cooking classes.) The classes are organized by the Winnipeg Community Services Department.
New Cooking Class in Fall 2009
I shall teach fifteen Chinese and Asian cooking classes in the Fall season. Four are new classes. To view the list of cooking classes, please click here. All the classes will be held at the Fort Rouge Leisure Centre. They will all be demonstration only. The food I cook in the class will be served to the participants in small-portion for sample tasting. Participants are therefore advised to eat light supper before coming to classes.
All cooking classes in Fall 2009 are fully booked.
