I've no idea what the aperture f number was or the shutter speed but I was using Kodachrome transparency film and I have scanned this pic in from the slide.

| 2 RAF Phantoms at the 1968 Farnborough air display, taken with a Halina 35mm view camera, no telephoto lens, certainly not digital. It was a very humid day, as usual at Farnborough. I have seen photos on the net of aircraft with this halo effect and it is claimed they are supersonic (Mach1 +). Well these were not but they must have been close to it. The little light dots at the rear are in fact flames from the afterburners.
