The main audience of my website will be tech recruiters.

How can I construct my website to appeal most strongly to that target audience?

I think the people who are viewing my website are most likely going to be the type of people to know what takes skill and what doesn't. So a fine attention to detail and putting my biggest accomplishment up at the front should appeal to my target audience.

What are the demographics of my target audience?

• They will most likely be middle-aged. I should refrain from any unprofessional behavior or humor that may not be appreciated by people from older generations than my own.
• As I will be exclusively applying to American companies, I can expect that my recruiters will more than likely be US-based.
• They will probably be intelligent people with solid educational backgrounds.
