The applicants are kindly asked to fill in the Preliminary Registration Form (PRF) and return it to the Organizing Committee not later than May 31, 2000 confirmed by a postage seal. The Preliminary Registration Form should be accompanied by an Abstract (1 page).

Till June 30, 2000 a Second Announcement and Notification of Acceptance of papers will be addressed to the applicants who will have sent the Preliminary Registration Form to the Organizing Committee by May 31, 2000.

The participants who have received the Notification of Acceptance should send the Final Registration Form and the Papers (reports/posters) not later than 31 August 2000. If a participant chooses the early registration, a copy of the bank transfer (the original should be shown upon arrival) should be sent not later than August 31, 2000 as well.

The participation fee (early registration fee) is 100 USD if paid until August 31, 2000 and it is 150 USD if paid upon arrival.

The Abstract is maximum one page and the Report - 4 pages. The required paper size is A4 while the layout of the text is with 17 cm width and 25 cm height. Please use “Times New Roman” font, size 12 and a line spacing “single”.
