The Postscript file (.ps) will give better output, but I made the GIFs for those who can't handle Postscript. Brooks Imperial converted the PS to PDF.

LAME MP3 Encoder

Here is the LAME MP3 encoder for Win32. I think this one file is all you need to run LAME on Winduhs, but if I'm wrong just drop me a line.
