Q.  Are ghost's real?
A.  The Bible does not mention ghosts specifically, but does often talk about demons and unclean spirits roaming around the earth (cf Matthew 12:43-45), and also talks about angels a lot (cf 2 Kings 6:15-17).  The Bible says there are also wicked people who get involved in the occult called "mediums" or "spiritists" who are able to bring up the spirits of those who are dead and talk with them (cf 1 Samuel 28:5-19).  Perhaps this is what people call ghosts today.

Q.  Doesn't god get lonely my himself?
A.  The Bible says that God is not alone in heaven!  First of all, the Bible describes God as a three-in-one: God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit (cf Matthew 6:9; John 20:26-28; Acts 5:3-4).  Second, there are lots of angels in heaven (Job 1:6; 2:1).  And thirdly, God is everywhere, and He loves spending time with us who are Christians on earth! (cf Matthew 28:20).

Q.  How come god never dies?
Q.  Does god eat and drink to live and not die?

A.  God does not have to eat and drink to stay alive.  He is actually the source of all life! (cf John 1:1-4).  God never dies.  He is life.

Q.  Does god watch us in the bath and the shower.
A.  God is everywhere! (Psalm 139:7-10), so He sees everything we do.  But God is holy (1 Peter 1:16).  That means He is absolutely pure and cannot think any bad thoughts.  Therefore when He sees you in the shower, He cannot think anything rude about you.

Q.  Where does god live?
A.  The Bible says that God live in heaven (Matthew 6:9).  But the Bible also says that God is everywhere, because He is a spirit (Psalm 139:7-10; John 4:24).  Therefore it is true to say that God is with us right now, too!

Q.  Why are we bad
Q.  Why are some people "Bad" and some people "Good".

A.  God made everybody with the ability to choose the right way or the wrong way (Deuteronomy 30:19).  Some people are bad because they choose to follow the wrong way!  But there is also a devil who tries to make the bad way seem as attractive as possible, even trying to confuse people as to what is bad and what is good (cf Genesis 3:1-7; 2 Corinthians 11:14).  To be able to know the difference between what is right and wrong, we need to love Jesus (John 14:6) and also read and believe the Bible (cf Joshua 1:8).

Q.  Can I be someones friend
A.  Good news - you can be anyone's friend!  Just start by being kind to them, helping them, and sharing with them things you know and have (cf John 15:15).  But what you can't do is force someone or make someone be friendly to you.  Just wait and pray to God, and see what happens!

Q.  Why does god just stay in his cloud house?
A.  God (Jesus) just stays up in heaven now because God His Father is letting Jesus stay up there now!  It is so much better up in heaven than on earth!! (John 14:28).  But up there, Jesus is preparing a place for us who believe in Him and He is going to come back to take us up there to be with Him and God the Father! (John 14:2,3).  Until that day, however, Jesus has given us the Holy Spirit to live in us who believe in Him so that we can always feel God close to us!! (John 14:15-31).

Q.  Luke M wants to know will he be a footy player
A.  If he trains hard and practices a lot, there is every possibility that he can become a footy player.  If he doesn't train and practice, of course he won't!  But even if he does, God still may have other plans in store for Luke.  I don't know.  I suggest just tell God what you would like to be, and if you want to do it for God's glory, there is every reason that He will guide you on that path!

Q.  When it rains is that God wee.

A.  Rain is actually water falling from the sky.  This water was actually first a cloud!  Clouds are like big fluffy balls or blankets of steam or fog, which are lots of very small droplets of water which are not heavy enough to fall to the ground.  But if it gets cold enough, these little droplets start to stick more and more together, forming bigger droplets, until they are heavy enough to fall - and that is rain!

Q.  Is there such thing as clound.
A.  Yes, there are clouds in the sky.  Clouds are formed from evaporated water from the earth!  When the sun shines on to land and lakes and seas, because the sun's rays are hot, some of the water from the earth evaporates into a gas like steam from boiling hot water.  This steam rises into the sky where it is colder, and depending on how and when it gets colder, we get the different shapes of clouds in the sky!

Q.  Does god work.
A.  Yes.  Jesus said, "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working." (John 5:17).  God's work involves holding the universe together, listening to prayers, and answering prayers (eg healing people), and giving instructions to his angels and people.  There is probably heaps more that He does as well!

Q.  Why do people talk about you behind your back?
A.  There are a few reasons:
   1.  They are too scared to talk to you face-to-face.  This may be because
        a) they don't want to hurt you by telling you the truth
        b) they don't want to be hurt by you if you react to them
   2.  They are trying to destroy your character (see the question "Why do people call each other names?")
