Commonwealth Practice Consultants is called upon to advise on a wide variety of needs related to the “business” side of medicine and health care. Our clients have ranged from solo private practices to multi-specialty groups, to entire health systems. We have also helped dentists, podiatrists, and other independent ancillary providers. Most of our engagements begin with a practice assessment. We analyze your practice in order to identify problems and solve them.

We focus our efforts on the cornerstone indicators of practice efficiency in the non-clinical areas of:

Assessment Surveys require anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending upon the practice size and complexity. Our consultants will observe, interview, collect data, analyze the information, and provide a comprehensive report including recommendations for change. Assessments can take a general or topic specific approach. Every factor of practice management is open to investigation and modification to achieve a smoother, more profitable practice. We do not use a "canned" or formulaic approach, preferring to tailor solutions to the specific needs of the client.
