When Paul said "Be on your guard", Because the enemy is ready to pounce at anytime. "Stand firm in the faith", Nothing was ever accomplished without a commitment to truth. "Be men of courage", Act like men. "Be strong", Because weakness proceeds surrender and quiting is not an option. |
| My Thoughts Exactly... It was told to me that we have to change the church to attract the younger generation, its music, dress codes lowered, etc. However, I believe we should not change the church for a generation, but change a generation for the church and before we can even attempt to change a generation for the church we must change the church for Christ. If the church had not changed for a generation, we as a church would had never left Christ, but because of the way the church is today, we abandoned Christ generations ago. The very thing the Bible says don't do, this we do. We say to ourselves What Would Jesus Do, Let us get back to the Bible and find out first, What Jesus Did! Unfortunately when you take such a stand for the truth you become very unpopular and even rejected by most. But one thing I always say, "Contrary to popular opinon, Ones own conscience". |

| Hello, Minister James Anthony Carter here I started this site because I am greatly troubled by the vast invasion on our churches. The enemy has infiltrated with twisted deceptions of the true Word of God. So many have become blinded by these new wave cults that even the Word is ignored and the idea of a man is taken as truth over Gods' Word. Consider how long the Bible has been written as oppose to how long these practices have been in the church. They are very new and the Bible does warn us of such things. What I do here is merely becuase of the love of God and a commitment to truth and love for my fellow Christians in Christ Jesus. I can only stand on the Word of God against these ideas of man. Examine what is written here and by His Word only, show me where I am wrong or mislead, but come proper... Galatians 1:3-12 3. Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, 4. who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, 5. to whom be glory forever and ever, Amen. 6. I am astonished that you have so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and turning to a different gospel - 7. which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to prevert the gospel of Christ. 8. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned. 9. As we have already said, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel other than what you have accepted, let him be eternally condemned! 10. Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to pleace men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servsnt of Christ. 11. I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preach is not something that man made up. 12. I did not recieve it any man, I recieved it by revelationfrom Jesus Christ. |

| When you and I take a stand for the truth in Gods Word we must be aware and ready to suffer the cause. As direct as the Word is we will be outcasted. There are many false teachers and prophets that lead the church, big and small. By standing up for Gods Word as it is we damage thier profits and prophets and satan's hold is loosed. If your church doesn't hold to Gods Truth, don't leave it, but stand and I say to you yet again, STAND. |
