Often, homebuyers attempt to "Go it alone," with mixed results. It is important to note that buying a home is a legal process, and involves state and federal laws relating to lending, housing, and the transfer of the deed to the homebuyer. Done correctly, this is a rewarding and enjoyable process. Done incorrectly, it can become a quagmire and a nightmare.

Involvinig a Realtor helps you avoid traps in homebuying. A Realtor can help you with all of the component processes in buyuing a home, and can keep the purchase process flowing smoothly on track. Your Realtor will also be able to provide valuable resources: Insurance Agents, Title companies, Lenders, Appraisers, and Inspectors.

Realtors must stay on top of things because they work on straight commission, and aren;t paid unless there is a closing. Additionally, state and federal entities require Realtors to complete continuing education requirements and take annual coursework to help them remain knowledgeable allies.

Viewing Homes
Based on your criteria, I will preview your selected neighborhood for just the right homes fitting your criteria. After sending you digital photos of several homes fitting the specifications you provide me, you will ultimately select one or more that will become your new home. Usually neghborhoods are master-planned, which helps to narrow things down. By providing more infomation in your criteria, I can work on your behalf to eliminate a lot of the guesswork.

That means instead of trudging through every home in the neighborhood, I will work with you to find the homes (usuaaly 2-3) that most accurately fit your criteria.

I have the tools to view property quickly and accurately, adn can cover many homes in a day, saving you time, gas, energy, and money in the preocess.

Inspection
One of the first steps in protecting your investment is getting a home inspection before closing. ASHI inspectors will do their best to find hidden defects in property that could affect your use and enjoyment of it. This helps you remiain confident that your real estate purchase is going to be one you will enjoy for a long time. Inspections are always recommended, and although not a requirement of a real estae purchase can help you feel confident your purchase will not end up being more expensive than the purchase price.
