Southwark Park
Located in Bermondsey, Southwark Park offers fantastic wide-open spaces, perfect for playing games, picnics, walking or just enjoying the scenery. The park offers a wide range of sporting facilities, a new caf� and an art gallery. There�s also a boating lake and wonderful gardens. Whatever you enjoy doing, there�s something for everyone. Seriously there is nothing on the net about this place Southwark Park is a great place to relax in the summer. It contains the Caf� Gallery Project art gallery which shows various exhibitions each year and there are many events that take place in the park including the annual fireworks display. The park has a children�s play area, boating lake and duck pond, toilets, gardens, and for sport enthusiasts there is an athletics track, tennis courts, football pitches, and a bowling green. The rangers also provide guided walks every Thursday.
