Welcome to the Ministry, from this, our panopticon, we control the fate of humanity. It is our goal to create a tyranny such as the world has never seen, a tyranny of the willing, unknowing that they are being controlled and unable to prevent it even if they guess that they are.
Can tyranny be an art form? Can the human species be a canvas on which we paint images of horror and degradation? We shall see for now, for the first time in human history, we possess the means to get into the mind itself, to rob the soul of its independence and take control of the human spirit.
