Placed in geosychronous orbit around the Earth, the Condorsat uses a high-powered microwave emitter and broadband antenna array to cover an entire hemisphere at one time. It enables us to manipulate the emotions of entire nations thus producing all manner of social chaos.

Set in a secret location, for obvious reasons, this dish is the transmitter station for the Condorsat. It is through this unit that we upload our commands to the Condorsat.
