This is the Headquarters of The Gifted, Paragon's Premiere Mutant Team. The Gifted are composed of like-minded mutants whose goals include protecting the innocent homo-sapiens of Paragon City and helping mutants learn to use their powers and deal with the consequences of being a superpowered being.
Though The Gifted remain a relatively new and lesser-known team, no one can deny the effect they've had on Paragon City in the Past, and no one can predict the effect they will have in the future.

For the uninitiated, this is an homage team for the Massivly Multiplaer Online RPG called "City of Heroes" developed by Cryptic Studios.
As an homage team, all of the concepts used in the Gifted are based on concepts in the X-Men comic books, though they have all been recreated, renamed and reinterpretted for a variety of reasons.
