estimate that my wife, Anita, has asked at least a dozen times if I was sure
that I wanted to sell this heifer! Each time, I replied “yes”, and each time,
she simply stated that she thought I was crazy!
We have consigned this
female to demonstrate our commitment to the Coby Classic, as well as to the
improvement of the Hereford breed. This female traces back to 1980, and to the
very bloodlines which I personally started my herd from. I was awarded a heifer
25 years ago from the Edwin Huxtable herd for being the outstanding Junior
Hereford member of the year. From this female, I have bred, refined, and
assembled a group of females which are as good as any cows in the Hereford
breed. With sincere dedication to the Hereford industry, this female is being
offered to the successful bidder.
