Member Get A Member Campaign runs from April 1, 2001 to March 31, 2002. Individuals who recruit the most new members to AAOHN will be eligible for prize awards including a free trip to Atlanta for AOHC 2003, free AOHC registration and free membership for one year. Central Ohio Association of Occupational Health Nurses is comprised of approximately 90 active members representing over fifty different occupational settings.  The local membership potential is estimated to be over one hundred sixty nurses and other affiliate member candidates.

Active Members:  a registered professional nurse currently employed in occupational health.

Inactive Members:  an active member who has temporarily left the field of occupational health due to hardship.

Retired Members:  a member retired from occupational health.

Affiliate Member:  a registered professional nurse not eligible for active status, but interested in the field of occupational health and the purposes of COAOHN; others, not eligible for active status, but practicing in the field of occupational health and interested in the purposes of COAOHN.

Student Member:  a registered professional nurse enrolled as a student in a program of study related to occupational health; a student in a professional nursing program with interest in occupational health.

Life Membership:  conferred upon COAOHN past presidents at the completion of their term(s) of office.

Honorary Membership:  conferred upon an individual selected by the Board of Directors for outstanding service to COAOHN and /or the profession of occupational health nursing.
