About me
Coach Thomas played 3 years of varsity basketball at Gateway Tech under Head Coach Travis Lawrence, where he learned that basketball is more than just a sport. Basketball is a tool that teaches life skills, such as hard work, perseverance and team work. He followed his high school career with 2 years at Florissant Valley Community College and 2 years at Fontbonne University, where he played for Hall of Fame Coach Lee McKinney. While at Fontbonne he received All-conference honors for highest FG% and led his team in rebounding, he also made the All-tournament team at the 2010 Moody Bible tournament. After college he played semi-pro and in a few exhibition games in Belgium.
