The 34^th Bomber Squadron is the heavy bomber squadron of the 366^th. They provide massive amounts of firepower needed in today's hostile environment. Their primary mission is the anti-ship role, but they are equally able to pound ground targets into rubble as well. Not long ago, the Thunderbirds were transfered to the Dreamstar Incorporated Flight Test Facility on Brittania to test the prototype YB-5 Vigilante variable bomber. The squadron has been returned to active duty with a mixed complement of the new prototype bomber and the older mainstay VB-2 Spirit variable bombers.
