The Michigan Republican State Committee Meeting was held this past weekend up at Crystal Mountain resort. The turn out was not bad and you could tell everyone was getting ready for a "110% Election Year" as party chairman Rusty Hills called. Hank Fuhs went on to talk about the new 110% campaign and how with this type of effort the common sense governing that has led us the past 11 years will continue! |

The House and Senate come together and agreed on a new Airport Safety Bill that President Bush signed into law November 19th. The new law makes all airport luggage screeners federal employees, read what the President had to say about the bill here. |

First Lady Laura Bush addressed the nation Saturday, Novermber 16th during the radio address that the President usually uses. First Lady Bush used the radio address to discuss the brutality of women and children in Afghanistan. Please check out this great radio address here. |
