What about the international side?
PAUL: I'd like to improve the international management, spend some time doing that because there are a lot of elements to that that aren't represented at the moment. In international management things like coaching sessions are so important, and how players fit in in practice matches, and that's something we have to bring in, but that would be good on a club level as well. It would be fantastic if for every day you could look at a coache's report and it would tell you who did what and you could have a practice match and it would tell you who scored. That would be very useful.
MILES: Basically, the aim is to make it even more sad and anal than it already is.

MILES: I think the media stuff. It's very difficult to put into words what it actually adds; maybe it's atmosphere or something. You get so much more passionate about your team. Everyone's got a CM story. Everyone who plays the game has a story. I can't remember most Watford goals that get scored, but I can remember CM games.
