MEMBERSHIP PURPOSE
The purpose of Club VE is to provide knowledge and benefits to its members through the promotion of the social, sporting and educational eevnts. The things we value most are Fun and Friendship.
One of the main benefits of membership is the sharing of knowledge between members. You can find out a lot about your car just by attending the Clubs events or posting a message on any one of the clubs social media outlets. We have a lot of members who are familiar with all aspects of the VE and they can help you make the most of your car. So if you're looking to buy a VE and are unsure about which model or modification might suit you best, why not come along to one of our events and find out from those who know and have first hand experience.
Our social events, displays and drive days are the bread and butter of what we do and they are conducted for the benefit of our members. If you wish to regularly attend our events, we expect you to join the club and participate as an official member.
Club VE is affiliated with the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS). All of our social events are conducted with a CAMS social permit which provides public liability insurance for the organisers and the attendees.
The annual Club VE / Club FG Australia Day Rivals Cruise has become a nation-wide event with a BBQ lunch provided for all members who attend. the club also subsidises various events for each state throughout the year making events more attainable for the members.
Club VE as also recently received the Raceline Events 2015 Car club of the Year award, for participating in the most Raceline Autoshows events Australia-wide as a club. And finally, the 2015 NULON NATIONALS VIC SPRINT SERIES has been created as a joint venture between Club VE, CAMS, Nulon and several other Victorian car clubs to provide a low-cost, competitive, multi-club grass roots sprint racing series.
