Gallery or exhibit?

When using the word "Gallery" most people think of an art gallery. Pieces of the greatest artistic creations are on display for admiration or better yet consumation. Whether painting, sculputures, fashion or photography, gallery implies creative professionality and success.

Gallery here is used as an exhibition of images that I consider valuable and imformative enough to be on display. I am not aiming for admiration or consumation; simply for sharing of information. Sometimes however the information may be perceived of the kind which is more than one would like to know. Is it than still a gallery or is it now an exhibit?

An exhibition of my experiences, my life? But still than an exhibit of the collection of pieces I choose/ wish to share with the rest of the world. Therefore more than being an exhibit of my life experiences this is a gallery of images that are worth sharing.
