Meet Clive Wilkins

....and Fuchsia Lauren

Clive Wilkins' interest in magic is a natural outgrowth of his lifetimes main activity.

The day job.

He works as a fine art painter, and has had a long interest in the nature of illusion, and how the way we see the world is affected by our experiences.

He has shown extensively in commercial and municipal galleries throughout the UK.

The performance of MAGIC fits into his life well, [the day job leads into the night job],

After a long solitary day painting, it becomes time to slip on the lounge suit or evening suit, and move out into the world;

 in search of the elusive moment and real people.

His success as a performer has resulted in increasing bookings, which he is pleased to take on.

Clive enjoys the sense of fun and theatre that can be created through performance, especially interactive performance where the audience is given opportunity to take part and create some of the 'moment'.

It's a way of working that makes people aware of their own consciousness. 

 A good performance can be art and entertainment, and needs to be fluid enough to fill the moment.

 The Zapik & Futura two person mental act has become very popular. It's rise has been through recommendation and word of mouth. It has received commendation from every audience who have experienced the sensation. Many people give the impression that they believe it is real mind-reading; 

Who is fooling who?

Fuchsia Lauren is Clive's partner in the Zapik & Futura act. She is his fifteen year old daughter, and is developing into a star.

Her increasing experience and knowledge is making her into a talented performer.

Knowledgable magicians are amazed by her ability to sense, recognise and express the thoughts of audience members, to a standard at least equal to the great  mind-reading acts of the past.

Together both Clive Wilkins & his daughter Fuchsia Lauren form a powerful and entertaining duo.
