| February 2nd Imbolc or Candlemas, is the celebration of the Earth's bounty. The God ( a young child ) is growing stronger, spring is coming and so is the light. This is a time to prepare for what you will be planting in the spring. At sunset or after your ritual, turn on every light you can. The fireplace, candles, flashlights, lamps, this acknowledging the return of the light in the coming months. The colors of this sabbat are lavendar & white. Back Next |
