After evading Col. Decker, the A-Team holes up in a small town and discovers that a group of migrant farm workers have their backs against the wall because a local farm owner, Jarrett (John Vernon), won't pay them fairly and won't let them leave unless they pick his crops. Hannibal and the unit start pushing the workers to form their own union but Jarrett has plans of his own. He has his goons locate the site for the union vote, then go there to bust some heads. Of course, with the A-Team around, just any old hired muscle ain't gonna cut it! - IMDB

Amy: Last couple of times Decker got really close, you pulled the same trick. Hiding right under his nose, making him think we're halfway out of state. He's gonna figure that game out. Hannibal: Yeah, but he'll figure I figured that. So he'll figure that I figured the other way. Which is why we're staying right here. Amy: That makes no sense. Hannibal: Decker will understand it.
Jarret: You'll have a union in this valley over my dead body. Hannibal: That's exactly what I was telling our union members this morning.
Murdock: We're working on a theme song, and uniforms, and I'm pushing for matching bow ties. And not that clip on junk. Those are for geeks. And geeks are a whole other union.

Also theres the obviously visual that the van is not a GMC, missing its side skirts, extended arches, alloy wheels and the number plate is on left rear door instead of rear underside.
