1999 april 21the new guys...or why i dread going into the office these days. when i first started working for the most dysfunctional company in the world, it was great fun. i knew quite a number of the people socially and there was a lot of laughter in the office. we were famous for our nonsensical email threads, threads that lasted for months, sometimes with month long breaks between entries. the most famous of these were "nice hair," in which jeff would offer to buy you new music if you had it, and "too many daves," bemoaning the fact we had seven daves in a small office at one time, and suggesting alternate names for them. it was silly, but it was fun and no one ever complained about it. it was a good stress buster too -- when working fourteen hour days, sometimes you just need to stop and be silly once in a while. obviously, those days are long gone.

This is a fun little Densa quiz, to see just how "densa" you are... :-)

oh please, if you don't get the butcher question, you obviously never spent time on a playground as a child. yes, i resorted to a smiley, but if i don't add them i am subjected to lectures about my attitude. double-bigass sigh.

No way. OK, did you take the other Densa tests as well? Care to publish those scores?

Did take the common sense test on how not to flood everyone's email though.. care to see the results?

If you do answer all questions designed to fool the masses of American society in a manner which satisfies the creator, you may be one who will fail miserably with survival tactics common within other indifferent yet "intelligent" societies...what's baseball and what is a butcher anyway?

a couple someones just failed the "if you can't be amusing in email then you're crap" test... brilliant in a sea of darkness, claire |
