Don't Walk Away Eileen

The band plays for the most part during this video. There's the story of what I suspect is a couple. In which the woman seems frustrated at the man, and the man seems a bit confused as to what the problem is or why it's a problem at all.

Information such as who the director is and etc. is unknown to me.
